Cartoon Water Material on UE4 (General Roadmap and Concepts)

Someone told me when you are out of your comfort zone is when you learn and grow. I was used to the PBR workflow and I didn't have enough free time to do cartoon style. However, those days, I have it so I wanted to expand my frontiers trying to learn how to do water material and practice my cartoon style.
Now, after the work and research, I want to share with you all a little breakdown of the process I follow for this material. This is not a tutorial, only a roadmap or “general” concepts.
This scene was made in Unreal Engine 4 using the Substance Designer for the normal maps and the caustic effect texture.
Some of you have shown me interest in how I did this material, so I made this post for it. I hope this guide can help you! I would like to take this opportunity to thank all who share their knowledge with tutorials. Feel free to smash the like if you want and I really want to improve my skills everyday so feel free to give me feedback too ;)
